The Scale of Our Impact
The graphic below compares the carbon footprint of a serving of a bowl of Low Carbon Wonton Dumplings with the emissions generated by various global activities—ranging from a round trip between London and Barcelona, to the production of a 16-inch Apple MacBook Pro, to the average daily carbon footprint of individuals in the USA, the UK, and China, and even that of a UK military soldier. It visualizes the environmental impact of everyday actions, helping to put into perspective the scale of individual behavior—and the collective influence we can have on the climate.
